R7, çift ampli kullanımına olanak sağlayan, son derece sıradışı bir üç üniteli hoparlördür. Hoparlör Üniteleri

R7'de, en üst model olan R9 için geliştirilmiş olan yeni bir üç üniteli sistem kullanılmaktadır. Tüm hoparlör üniteleri Rega'nın İngiltere'deki kendi fabrikasında, kendi belirlemiş olduğu çalışma şartlarına uygun olarak üretilmektedir. R7 aynı zamanda, sargıları bakır yerine alüminyum olan yan tarafa yerleştirilmiş yeni bir 7" bas ünitesi kullanır. 6 kat olarak sarılmış alüminyum sargı teli kullanımı sayesinde bas ünitesi için hiç bir crossover filtresi kullanmaya gerek kalmaz ve bas ile orta sesler mükemmel bir bütünlük oluşturur; baslar orta seslerin ve tizlerin performansından hiç fedakarlık edilmeksizin çok iyi bir zamanlama kazanır.
